The Nasdaq 100 is currently @ 4,409 points / in order to assess a possible risk let's take a look at the past
If one wants to plan a strategy and manage a Stop-Loss upfront one can try to assess the possible future down-movements (RISK) and pick the relevant Nasdaq-stocks which also serve as an additional risk-buffer (meaning stocks with reasonable valuation metrics).
